    Paper Publication

    Accepted and registered full papers of ICESS 2024 will be published by IEEE Conference Proceedings, including in IEEE Xplore, submitting for El Compendex and Scopus index after conference.

    Paper Submission Guideline

    The materials presented in the papers should not be published or under submission elsewhere. Each paper is limited to 8 pages (or 10 pages with over length charge) including figures and references using IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style (two columns, single-spaced, 10 fonts). The review process of ICESS 2024 is single-blind. All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference submission website with PDF format:(https://edas.info/N32671)

    Papers should not be longer than 8 pages in the IEEE conference format. Some papers may be accepted after review as short papers: the camera-ready versions of such papers should normally not exceed 4 pages. Authors of accepted papers (regular-length or short papers) will have the option to pay for up to 2 extra pages at the time of registration.
